• Assist in the planning and execution of factory improvement projects.
• Monitor and analyse production data to identify trends and issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production delays and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to address operational challenges.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and innovations.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors to optimise resource use.

• Diploma in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Process Optimization Expertise in improving production processes for efficiency.
• Project Management Skilled in leading projects from initiation to completion.
• Inventory Management Experience with stock control and resource allocation.
• Quality Assurance Knowledge of quality management systems and compliance.
• Leadership Strong ability to lead teams and drive performance.
• Communication Effective communication skills to articulate ideas and information.
• Problem-Solving Excellent skills in identifying issues and implementing solutions.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• English (Fluent)

• Familiarity with Health and Safety Regulations: Understanding of workplace safety standards and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Strong skills in using Microsoft Office applications for reporting and analysis.
