Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Factory Systems Coordinator to streamline operations and enhance efficiency in our Johannesburg facility. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in factory processes and systems coordination, driving improvements across the board.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of factory improvement projects.
• Monitor and analyse production data to identify trends and issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production delays and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to address operational challenges.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and innovations.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors to optimise resource use.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Operations Management or related field
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in operations or supply chain coordination

Certifications

• Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
