Responsibilities

• Assess project requirements and prepare materials accordingly.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct quality control checks on produced metal structures.
• Guide junior fabricators and apprentices in metalworking techniques.
• Document fabrication processes and maintain accurate records.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques in metalworking.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate or diploma in metalworking, welding, or relevant trade qualification
• Apprenticeship or equivalent work experience in ornamental metalworking

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in ornamental metalworking

Technical Skills

• Metalworking Techniques
• Welding (MIG/TIG)
• Blueprint Reading

Languages

• English: Fluent
