Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and optimize our supply chain processes. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to ensure product availability and timely delivery while maintaining effective communication with clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all supply chain activities from suppliers to customers.
• Ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of products and logistics requests.
• Analyze supply chain data to facilitate effective decision-making.
• Liaise with stakeholders to develop and execute supply chain strategies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
• Address and resolve any logistical challenges that may arise.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics roles

• Procurement Processes
• Supplier Relationship Management

Certifications

• Supply Chain Management Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with demand forecasting tools: Ability to use forecasting tools to predict inventory needs.
• Experience with supply chain optimization analysis: Skilled in using analysis to improve supply chain efficiency.
