Job Description

Seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team in East London. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the quality of our software products through thorough testing methodologies. You should possess experience in both manual and automated testing, and be equipped with problem-solving skills to overcome software quality challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop testing frameworks for new projects.
• Ensure software quality meets agreed standards before release.
• Collaborate with product owners to define test scenarios.
• Analyze and report on testing metrics and effectiveness.
• Review and suggest improvements in product and testing procedures.
• Implement best practices in QA processes.
• Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprints and reviews.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance roles

Technical Skills

• Test Automation Tools
• Performance Testing

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Agile Certified Tester (ACT)
• QA Lead Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with cloud-based testing environments: Knowledge of using tools such as AWS or Azure for testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices: Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines.
