Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our dynamic team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medication, providing best-in-class patient care, and managing pharmacy operations. You will play a critical role in educating patients about their medications and health conditions while collaborating closely with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure optimal workflow.
• Implement patient care strategies that enhance health outcomes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical research and product updates.
• Conduct training and mentoring for pharmacy staff.
• Enhance pharmacy services to meet community needs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Additional certifications in clinical pharmacy are advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of pharmacy experience preferred
