Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Stretcher-Drier Operator to join our dedicated production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the stretching and drying machines to ensure optimal processing of fabrics and textiles. Attention to detail and technical proficiency are crucial for achieving high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Load fabrics onto machines while ensuring proper alignment and tension.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve desired stretching and drying parameters.
• Monitor temperature and humidity levels to ensure optimal performance.
• Make necessary adjustments to rectify any issues or deviations.
• Maintain a good flow of communication with team members and supervisors.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or textile industry preferred.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Safety awareness

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in fabric inspection and quality control: Knowledge of inspection techniques will be highly valued.
