We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying bugs and issues, collaborating closely with developers to ensure that our applications are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategies for various software projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software through effective testing.
• Enhance existing QA processes and implement best practices.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new QA team members.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the QA department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Performance Testing
• Regression Testing

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Mobile Testing: Experience testing mobile applications and understanding mobile platforms.
• Knowledge of Security Testing: Understanding of security testing practices and tools.
