Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities. This role requires strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships and a keen understanding of market dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage budgets for client accounts.
  • Provide training and support to junior sales staff.
  • Work with marketing to develop promotional strategies for products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Management, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management
