We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Manager to lead our Port Elizabeth hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, oversee daily operations, and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and train hotel staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor and manage hotel finances, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Develop new marketing strategies to attract guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Address guest feedback to improve services.
  • Implement cost-control measures to improve profitability.
  • Ensure high standards in hotel cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Organize staff schedules and oversee personnel management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Specialized training in hotel management is preferable
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a hotel
