Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Counselor to support individuals struggling with personal challenges. You'll utilize proven counseling methods to help clients overcome barriers and achieve meaningful improvements in their lives.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate clients' personal and emotional challenges through interviews and assessments.
• Create and implement treatment plans that align with clients' goals.
• Lead workshops and training sessions on coping strategies and resilience.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Provide crisis intervention support when needed.
• Work closely with other mental health professionals for comprehensive client care.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Utilize counseling software to track client interactions and follow-ups.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Advocate for client needs within the community.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Counseling, Psychology or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of counseling experience
