We are seeking a motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects in Gqeberha. The successful candidate will manage budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring that each project meets its goals while maintaining our high standards for quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution from inception to completion.
• Oversee construction activities and manage on-site teams.
• Maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Handle project financials, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of comprehensive construction management experience

• Construction Law Knowledge

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
