Job Description

Join us as an HR Generalist in Durban, where you will play a crucial role in executing our HR initiatives. Ideally, you will have experience in various HR disciplines including recruitment, training and development, and employee engagement. You will work closely with management to ensure that our HR policies and practices are implemented effectively, aligning with our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute the recruitment and selection process.
• Provide guidance on HR best practices and support management with employee relations matters.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
• Manage employee performance reviews and feedback processes.
• Work to enhance the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
• Facilitate the resolution of workplace conflicts and grievances.
• Create and maintain HR documentation and reports.
• Stay up-to-date with HR trends and legislation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Psychology

Experience

• 4+ years in Human Resources or related function

Certifications

• Certified HR Professional (CHRP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
