Responsibilities

  • Advise on employee benefits and compensation structures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
