Clinical Psychologist

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team at HealthWorks in Bloemfontein. In this role, you will provide psychological therapy and counselling services, using your expertise to help clients overcome their mental health struggles and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations and report findings.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions.
• Facilitate workshops and support groups as needed.
• Engage in community outreach activities to promote mental health awareness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated client care.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD)
• Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Clinical Psychologist

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical settings.

Advantageous
