Healthcare Systems Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Systems Analyst to improve healthcare processes and systems. You will analyze current healthcare workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing healthcare systems to determine compliance and effectiveness.
• Analyze and translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Develop strategies for data management and reporting.
• Work closely with IT to troubleshoot system issues.
• Assist in the development of user training materials.
• Participate in project meetings and report on project status.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Public Health
• Master's degree in Health Administration is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology and analysis

Certifications

• Certified Health Informatics Systems Professional (CHISP)
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

• Understanding of healthcare analytics: Knowledge of analytics methodologies within healthcare.
