Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee our Cape Town store. You will be responsible for managing daily operations while driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all day-to-day operations within the store.
• Train and mentor staff to improve their skills and productivity.
• Track sales trends and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Enforce safety and health regulations throughout the store.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Retail Management or Business

Experience

• 3-5 years of retail management experience

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in eCommerce: Experience managing online sales channels for increased revenue.
• Fluency in Afrikaans: Ability to communicate with Afrikaans-speaking customers and staff.
