• Manage overall store operations including sales and customer service.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and store policies.
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on in-store promotions.
• Manage customer relations and ensure satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned to support the store's success.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• Advanced diploma in Retail Management is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a retail supervisory role
