UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We're looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer to join our Johannesburg office. You'll be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experience across our platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to implementation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and design new product features.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Analyze and understand user behaviour and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Utilize design software tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to a collaborative design culture.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or relevant field
• Advanced diploma in UX design is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design or related field

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma
• Sketch

Soft Skills

• Creative problem solving
• Teamwork
• Attention to detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in HTML/CSS: Knowledge of front-end technologies for implementation.
• Familiarity with JavaScript: Basic understanding of JavaScript for interaction design.
