Responsibilities

• Evaluate and interpret patient information to facilitate health assessments.
• Coordinate patient care alongside physicians and support staff.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist during procedures.
• Encourage patient engagement in their own care plans.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans as directed by the healthcare team.
• Facilitate discharge planning and transitional care for patients.
• Keep abreast of advancements in nursing techniques and best practice.
• Participate in patient education sessions on disease prevention and health promotion.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment advocating for quality patient care.
• Perform administrative tasks related to patient management as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
• Additional certifications in specialized nursing fields are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred

• Medication Administration

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
