Industrial Engineer

Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving production workflows and processes. The role requires strong analytical skills and a background in lean manufacturing practices to boost productivity across our operations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with project managers to ensure that project goals are met.
• Utilize simulation software to test and validate new production processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Conduct root cause analysis of manufacturing defects and develop corrective actions.
• Assist in the design of new production layouts and equipment specifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing
