Job Description

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and contributing to budget development in Johannesburg. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and strategy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Work on transaction execution and support the deal team.
• Conduct comprehensive valuation analyses using various methodologies.
• Engage with clients to understand their financial needs.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties during the due diligence process.
• Facilitate the closing of deals through documentation.
• Contribute to team meetings with insights and market observations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Commerce
• Postgraduate qualification is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking or consulting roles
