As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and contributing to budget development in Johannesburg. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and strategy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analyses and modeling to support deal structuring.
• Prepare client presentations and investment theses.
• Research market trends to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Assist in due diligence and prepare documentation for transactions.
• Collaborate with senior bankers on M&A projects.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree or MBA is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking or financial analysis
