Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality aesthetic services to clients.
• Monitor and record client progress to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client experience.
• Manage product inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Conduct skincare workshops and events for clients.
• Provide feedback to management on service improvements.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Aesthetics
• Additional certifications in advanced aesthetic techniques preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in skincare or beauty therapy

Technical Skills

• Laser Treatments
• Makeup Application

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Advanced Skincare Techniques Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic

Advantageous

• Strong retail experience: Background in retail sales within the beauty industry is a plus.
