Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Childcare Worker to join our team in Bloemfontein. In this role, you will be responsible for providing care and educational support to children, ensuring their safety, and helping them reach developmental milestones. You will collaborate with other staff to create a warm and inviting environment that encourages learning through play.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a caring and stimulating environment for children.
  • Monitor and evaluate children's development and learning.
  • Work closely with families to support their children's growth.
  • Implement guidelines for health and safety standards.
  • Foster creativity and independence in child-led activities.
  • Document incidents and communicate with appropriate parties.
  • Stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
  • Assist with routine administrative tasks and reports.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in childcare or early education settings
