Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Gospel Worker to join our dedicated ministry team. The successful candidate will possess a strong faith in Jesus Christ and a heartfelt commitment to evangelism, disciple-making, and community support.

Responsibilities

• Preach the gospel in various environments and settings.
• Lead outreach initiatives and events in the community.
• Provide spiritual mentoring and discipleship for new believers.
• Participate in fundraising activities to support ministry goals.
• Engage in regular personal development and theological training.
• Work collaboratively with team members in planning events and programs.
• Manage and utilize social media for outreach and ministry efforts.
• Attend community meetings to foster partnerships and relationships.
• Evaluate and report on outreach programs and their effectiveness.
• Support administrative tasks related to ministry activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Theology or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in community outreach or ministry roles

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Social Media Management

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal skills
• Cultural Awareness

Certifications

• Relevant ministry certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Familiarity with community development programs: Understanding of strategies for improving community wellbeing.
• Experience in social justice initiatives: Background in advocating for marginalized groups.
