Job Description

As a Volunteer Coordinator, you will be instrumental in developing volunteer programs that resonate with community needs while fostering a culture of engagement and support.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee volunteer engagement strategies to enhance community involvement.
  • Maintain accurate volunteer records and databases.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to improve volunteer experiences.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align volunteer contributions with project needs.
  • Prepare reports on volunteer activities and outcomes for management.
  • Act as a point of contact for volunteers, addressing concerns and inquiries.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Non-Profit Management or related field
  • Certifications in volunteer management or community engagement are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in community outreach or volunteer management
