Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a pivotal role in our product development process. You will be responsible for analyzing requirements, developing test plans, executing test cases, and ensuring that our systems meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on software requirements.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through the lifecycle until resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development process.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on functional requirements, usability, and testability.
• Monitor and report on application performance prior to launch.
• Perform regression testing as needed to ensure software functionality.
• Provide support in user acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing
