Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Conduct performance evaluations of project personnel.
  • Manage relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify areas for process improvement in project management practices.
  • Present project updates to senior management and stakeholders as needed.
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with building codes.
  • Oversee project closeouts, ensuring all documentation is complete.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
  • Master's degree in a related discipline is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience managing construction projects
