Responsibilities

• Create innovative architectural solutions that meet client needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive project success.
• Manage multiple projects while effectively meeting deadlines.
• Ensure projects align with sustainability principles and practices.
• Conduct feasibility assessments for proposed designs.
• Assist in marketing efforts by producing visual presentations and models.
• Facilitate communication between clients and the design team.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the design and construction phases.
• Lead design review meetings and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is an asset

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural practice

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Architectural Certification Board (ACB)
• Certified Project Manager (CPM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
