Job Description

As an Occupational Therapist at Healthcare Solutions Ltd., you will play a critical role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities

• Assess and document patients' needs and progress regularly.
• Create and balance skilled therapeutic programs tailored to patient requirements.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to outline comprehensive care strategies.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
• Identify and provide resources for patient and family education.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions for professional development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care services.
• Research and integrate innovative occupational therapy methodologies into practice.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in occupational therapy
