Job Description

As a Glazier, you will be responsible for cutting, installing, and replacing glass and other transparent materials. This role is vital in ensuring the quality of glass installations across various projects, from residential buildings to commercial establishments. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and experience in the glazing industry.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and cut glass to project specifications.
• Install glass in various structures, ensuring a secure fit.
• Repair and replace broken or damaged glass efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Provide estimates and quotes to clients.
• Ensure all installations meet safety standards.
• Use and maintain glazing tools and equipment safely.
• Collaborate with other team members on projects.
• Document installation activities and client interactions.

Requirements

Education

• Apprenticeship in glazing or related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant work experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Advanced glass fitting techniques

Languages
