Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing construction timelines, resources, and ensuring quality compliance. You will liaise with stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction staff and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance at all stages of construction.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage change orders and variations in project scope.
• Foster relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
• Prepare and submit project reports to upper management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Master's degree is highly desirable

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in the construction field
