Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic planning of warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Supervise staff and manage employee schedules to maintain coverage and productivity.
  • Utilize technology to enhance inventory tracking and warehouse management.
  • Conduct performance reviews and address employee concerns.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to enhance logistics and inventory flow.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts as necessary.
  • Set goals for staff performance and communicate these to the team.
  • Oversee safety training and ensure warehouse meets compliance standards.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer service and delivery timelines.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Certification in Warehouse Management is a plus
  • Inventory Management Software Proficient in using inventory management software and systems.
  • Logistics Coordination Experienced in coordinating logistics for warehousing operations.
  • Leadership Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate teams.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
  • Forklift Operator Certification
  • English (Fluent)
  • Zulu (Conversational)

  • Proficient in data management: Ability to manage and analyze large sets of data efficiently.
