E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an E-commerce Manager to spearhead our online business strategies and operations in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing and e-commerce platforms, driving sales growth and enhancing customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of our e-commerce platform functionalities and UX.
• Drive strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Set up promotional campaigns based on market research and customer insights.
• Implement effective A/B testing and customer feedback loops.
• Work with the IT department to address technical issues and improvements.
• Foster relationships with vendors and service providers to enhance e-commerce operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in E-commerce or Marketing is preferred

• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within e-commerce
