We're on the hunt for an accomplished ML Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. As an ML Engineer, you will focus on developing innovative machine learning models and algorithms to tackle various business challenges. Your creativity and analytical skills will be vital for processing complex data sets and enhancing our products.

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy machine learning models leveraging cloud technologies.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive product decisions.
• Mentor junior data engineers and contribute to technical training.
• Engage with clients to understand their data-oriented needs.
• Implement data visualization tools to present statistical data effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Master's degree in a related area is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in developing machine learning models
