Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide front-line support in resolving technical issues. You will handle user requests and resolve issues related to network connectivity, software installation, and hardware malfunctions. A strong customer service mindset and technical knowledge are vital for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line technical assistance through calls, emails, and in-person.
  • Ensure efficient resolution of user support issues to minimize downtime.
  • Update and maintain the IT knowledge base.
  • Participate in IT training initiatives for staff.
  • Assist with hardware repairs and upgrades.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance IT skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to improve overall effectiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Computer Science or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in technical support roles or IT helpdesk environments
