Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UX Content Strategist to join our Durban office. This role combines user experience with content strategy, ensuring that our digital products are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with user needs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Lead content workshops and strategy sessions with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and leverage SEO best practices in content creation.
  • Develop content for websites, applications, and other platforms.
  • Research industry developments and competitor offerings.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track user engagement and derive insights.
  • Adapt content for various audiences and platforms.
  • Create engaging presentations and reports for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Build and manage content calendars to streamline processes.
  • Drive internal workshops on UX and content strategy.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • Professional certification in UX or content management is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field
