Job Description

We are on the lookout for an iOS Developer (Swift) to join our innovative team in Cape Town. In this role, you will develop and maintain applications for iOS devices, contribute to all stages of software development, and ensure optimal performance and user experience in all of our products.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in peer code reviews.
• Research and implement new iOS frameworks and technologies.
• Assist in troubleshooting and debugging features as necessary.
• Engage with product management and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Document development processes and maintain an organized codebase.
• Adapt to the evolving software development landscape in the mobile sector.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of professional iOS development

Technical Skills

• Swift

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Cloud Services: Knowledge of using cloud services like Firebase or AWS for backend integration.
