We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patient health and medical histories.
Provide primary care services to diverse patient populations.
Implement patient care plans based on clinical judgment.
Supervise nursing staff and assist in training.
Engage in community health outreach programs.
Participate in case management and patient follow-up.
Monitor outcomes and adjust care strategies as needed.
Develop and maintain positive patient relationships.
Address patient concerns and feedback effectively.
Support interdisciplinary team meetings and discussions.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Master's degree in Nursing Science or equivalent is preferred
Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner or in a related clinical role
