Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Medical Doctor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, diagnose and treat diverse health issues, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop effective care plans. Working at our state-of-the-art facility in Pretoria, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the health of our community.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients, order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prepare and ensure follow-up care plans are communicated effectively.
• Oversee patient treatment and prescribe medications.
• Develop strong rapport with patients and their families.
• Participate in research projects and clinical trials where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Manage follow-up care for discharged patients.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or similar medical qualifications
• Specialization in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

• English: Fluent
