Aerospace Solutions Ltd. is on the lookout for a talented Aerospace Engineer to lead advanced projects in our Pretoria office. This role involves working on innovative designs and tests for aircraft and spacecraft, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage aerospace engineering projects from conception through completion.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop new aerospace technologies.
• Utilize computer-aided design software to create detailed blueprints and specifications.
• Test prototypes and make data-driven decisions based on performance metrics.
• Engage with clients to discuss project specifications and address their needs.
• Evaluate designs for feasibility and manufacturability.
• Document all findings and present results to senior management.
• Participate in industry conferences to showcase innovative engineering solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a focus on Aerospace
• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace design and development

• Proficiency in Python for engineering applications: Ability to use Python for scripting and automating engineering tasks.
