Job Description

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to oversee various projects within our Johannesburg office. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for achieving project goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed project roadmaps and schedules.
  • Oversee project resource allocation and budgeting.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables align with client specifications.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
  • Engage with external vendors and contractors as necessary.
  • Lead project kickoff and wrap-up meetings.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Manage project scope changes and ensure proper documentation.
  • Utilize project management software to track progress and performance.
  • Mentor junior project staff and support their professional development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
