Job Description

As a Greenstone Polisher Operator, you will operate and maintain polishing machines to refine greenstone for jewellery and decorative purposes. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the stone products meet our quality standards, enhancing their appeal.

Responsibilities

• Set up polishing machines for operational readiness.
• Conduct regular maintenance on polishing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Train and guide junior operators in polishing processes.
• Prepare reports on machine performance and production output.
• Implement safety standards to guarantee a safe working environment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot machine issues as they arise.
• Provide feedback to management regarding equipment needs and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Manufacturing or a related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in polishing or similar roles
