Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our production team. This role is critical in ensuring that our machinery operates efficiently and produces high-quality products. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in manufacturing processes and machinery operation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for production runs by loading materials and setting parameters.
• Inspect machine components for wear and tear periodically.
• Follow production schedules and adjust machine settings accordingly.
• Document production quantities and maintain records for accountability.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality among the team.
• Assist in problem-solving sessions to improve operational workflows.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on machine functionalities and advancements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• National diploma in engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in similar manufacturing roles
