Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or relevant field
• Master's degree in Education preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in online education or instructional design

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Instructional design techniques

Soft Skills

• Project management
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
