Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, maintaining, and managing data with accuracy. This role requires a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure data accuracy.
  • Train new personnel in data entry procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss data management strategies.
  • Update data entry software as necessary.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of data entry tasks.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in office administration or a related field
  • Associate's degree preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles
