Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data accuracy in our databases. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data into the system and maintain records.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with data backups and recovery processes.
  • Respond to data-related inquiries from staff members.
  • Support the team in maintaining efficient workflows.
  • Document operational procedures for data entry.
  • Assist with filing and organization of physical records.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate in Data Entry or Administration is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
