Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and abilities through comprehensive evaluations.
• Create and execute tailored therapeutic interventions aimed at improving daily living skills.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapy programs and modify accordingly.
• Offer guidance and support to patients and families throughout the treatment process.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records and treatment logs.
• Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives within the department.
• Conduct workshops and training for staff on best practices in occupational therapy.
• Foster a positive and supportive therapeutic environment for patients.
• Assist in the planning and execution of community health programs related to rehabilitation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in diverse clinical settings
