We are seeking a skilled Non-Destructive Testing Specialist (NDT Scientist) to conduct testing on various materials and products. You will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of our clients' offerings.
Responsibilities
Perform various non-destructive tests on diverse materials and structures.
Interpret results and prepare detailed reports for clients and management.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for testing.
Ensure adherence to industry standards in all testing processes.
Calibrate and troubleshoot testing equipment as required.
Mentor and guide junior team members in testing techniques.
Work alongside other departments to address quality assurance issues.
Engage in continuous professional development to fine-tune skills.
Provide technical training sessions for team members.
Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations in the testing environment.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
6+ years of experience in non-destructive testing
