Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation, and will be responsible for maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
• Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend solutions.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the accounting field

Technical Skills

• Budgeting

Certifications

• ACCA or equivalent certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Conversational

• Strong experience with Auditing: In-depth understanding of auditing processes and standards.
• Management experience: Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial position is a plus.
