Responsibilities

  • Aid in the development of lesson plans and instructional materials.
  • Engage students in discussions and interactive learning activities.
  • Assist in assessing student performance and documenting progress.
  • Help coordinate classroom events and educational outings.
  • Support teachers in classroom management and organization.
  • Encourage a culture of respect and inclusivity among students.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Education or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of teaching assistant or educational support experience
